The State Engineer has prepared the Lists of Unclaimed Rights of Record for the Moab South Subdivision (Area 05, Book 5) in the Southeastern Colorado River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code § 73-4-9.5). In light of the publication of the Lists of Unclaimed Rights of Record, the public is invited to a Public Meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights will be available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the area, and answer questions.
