Artificial Groundwater Recharge and Recovery Project Enlargement Application Ground Water Recharge Permit #2. Ground Water Recovery Permit #2. The sources of recharge water proposed to be stored underground via injection are: 1. Unstored spring runoff from five mountain streams in Southeast Salt Lake County; Bell Canyon (North Dry Creek), Middle Fork Dry Creek, South Fork Dry Creek, Rocky Mouth Creek, and Big Willow Creek; 2.
