The State Engineer has prepared the Lists of Unclaimed Rights of Record for the American Fork South Subdivision (Area 55, Book 5), the Provo City South Subdivision (Area 55 Book 6), the Provo City North Subdivision (Area 55 Book 7), and the Provo Canyon Subdivision (55-9) in the Utah Lake and Jordan River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code § 73-4-9.5). In light of the publication of the Lists of Unclaimed Rights of Record, the public is invited to all-electronic public meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights will be available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the area, and answer questions.

The public meeting will be viewable via live stream broadcast on-line at http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/publicmeetings. Questions and comments may be sent via email to WaterRights_Adjudication@utah.gov during the meeting. Questions and comments received during the meeting will be addressed at the meeting.
