I contacted the company with the objective of establishing the share value so an
applicant could prepare a share statement and file a change application.  The company
has indicated that they view 1 share as being equivalent to 1 acre of irrigation.  They
indicate 405 shares are in circulation.  These values do not align with the decreed
acreage (i.e. 517.3 acres), however the company`s valuation should not lead to an
enlargement of the underlying right and should suffice to allow shareholder to file
share statements and change applications.
