Please see correspondence placed on WR files 55-11221 and 55-11313 from Jon Shutz dated
March 2,2021 correlating Washington Irrigation Company shares with New Washington
Irrigation Company Shares.

There is a known discrepancy between the number of acres awarded in the decree (1262
acres) compared with the value of shares and number of shares provided by Washington
(0.33 acre/share x 3916 shares = 1292.28 acres). Washington is expected to begin mapping
current irrigated acreage ahead of the forthcoming general stream adjudication, and
account for all acreage retired under approved/certificated applications, to handle the
stated discrepancy.

Findings of Fact paragraph 103(e) page 62 indicates Washington Irrigation Company is
entitled to 1262 acres of irrigation.

Received the following email from washingtonirrigation@gmail.com (Sent by Collette
Madsen) dated 9/25/20:



On September 22, 2020 at 6:30 PM, Washington Irrigation Company held a meeting of
shareholders for the purpose of transferring the assets of Washington Irrigation Company
(WIC) into New Washington Irrigation Company (NWIC).



Jack Prescott made a motion in favor of transferring assets from WIC into NWIC. Lonnie
Bates seconded the motion. A vote was held and the motion passed unanimously.



Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.

Please note when shares of stock are presented for a change application, the share
statement and change should be prepared based on the value of the Class A or Class B
share of stock. The Class D shares are carrier water only associated with the Class A or
B shares. For example: if a stock certificate lists 10 Class A shares (10 acre-feet) and
3 Class D shares (3 acre-feet), the share statement and change should be prepared for 10
acre-feet of water for the irrigation of 3.333 acres. The 3.0 acre-feet for the Class D
share is to remain in the company`s system as carrier water and must remain associated
with the Class A shares.

Base water rights include 55-11221 (5th Class), 55-11313 (17th Class), and also
55-11550 and 55-11551 (Big Elk reservoir, Lost Lake) which are now owned by the Bureau
of Reclamation, but the use in the latest change application remains within the
Washington Irr. Co. service area.

Washington Irrigation Company has Class A, B, and D shares. Class A are for
agricultural use, Class B are for Municipal or Domestic, and Class D are for carrier
water. 3 Class D shares must be held for every 10 Class A shares converted to Class B.
