DGARDNER 2/27/2023:  According to a letter received from Robert Werry, President of
Brooklyn Canal Company, on February 27, 2023, the Brooklyn Canal Company board of
directors has decided to stop any new well right applications by putting a moratorium in
place until the January 2024 shareholder meeting where the stockholders will decide
whether to allow the practice to continue.  The letter can be viewed in the scanned
documents for water right number 63-3003.
