According to Mark Otten via e-mail received 08/31/2017, there are 784 shares of
Sterling Irrigation Co. water that goes into Palisade Lake and 36 shares which goes
through the 4 inch flap into Avard`s old pond.  Also according to Mr. Otten, the average
delivery per share is 2.5 acre-feet/share.
