DGARDNER 7/26/2021: ***When calculating the share value for North Creek Irrigation
Company, use the figure 1.973 acre-feet per acre.*** Share value changed from 0.586
acre/share to 0.892 acre/share. 



In a letter dated September 12, 2017, from Kevin J. Jensen, President of North Creek
Irrigation Company, the following information was provided:  “Our water right is Water
Right Number 65-3135.  We have a decreed right to divert 22.95 cfs from April 1 to
October 15 for the beneficial use of 803 irrigated acres.  This company has a total of
900 shares.  In the beginning of the irrigation season we have the high flows and toward
the end of the irrigation season the flows are much less.  Between the high flow and the
low flows I believe the average through the irrigation season would be around 4.25 cfs.
Given this as an average flow rate the amount of water that would on average be diverted
would be about 1.76 acre-feet per share or 1.973 acre-feet per acre.  The computation
for this is as follows:  (4.25 cfs x 1.983 ac-ft/cfs/day x 188 days/900 shares = 1.76
acre-feet/share); (1.76 acre-foot/share x 900 shares/803 acres = 1.973 acre-feet per
acre).”
