The North Creek system is delivered on a time system.  The company charges $5 per
share, for every $50 (10 shares) you have you are allowed to open your head gate and
take the whole canal for 1 hour.  They go through the list and allow 1 shareholder to
use it for 1 hour and rotate through the list of users on that system and then go
through the list again.  So on and so forth.
