classes of shares, the same number of pages are set up such that each page reflects one
class. This company page reflects the Dalton Creek class of shares issued by Peterson
Irrigation Company.

The share evaluation above is for Dalton Creek rights only. Dalton Creek shares are for
one acre each. 

The ”Low Water” Dalton Creek shares provide about 3 acre-feet per year, used on one
acre through the irrigation season. 

The ”High Water” Dalton Creek shares provide about 1.5 acre-feet per year, used on one
acre roughly through most of July.

The other Peterson Irrigation Company rights, not on Dalton Creek, have not been fully
researched and evaluated. These are 

35-8153 (Anderson-Bohman Ditch on Weber River)

35-8168 (Settlement Ditch on Peterson Creek)

35-8183 (Lower River Ditch on Weber River) & 

35-8194 (Whittier, Garder & Anderson Ditches on Sanbar Slough).
