This page was updated to reflect the irrigated acreage from the 1921 Provo River Decree
(Findings of Fact paragraph 103 page 62), the diversion with respect to the state
engineer`s administrative duty of 3.00 AF/acre when the type of diversion changes from
surface to underground, and the depletion with respect to the consumptive use (Hill)
from Heber Station. This is for when water is moved from the canal into underground
wells. If no change is filed, or the change proposes surface to surface, then the
quantification is a portion of the water awarded to the company in the Decree (diversion
in cfs upon % acres i.e. no AF quantification).



North Field Irrigation Company’s base water rights are 55-11133, 55-11233, and 55-11310.
These rights are 1st, 11th, and 17th class rights as specified in the Provo River Decree
(Provo Reservoir Company v. Provo City, Civil Number 2888, May 2, 1921) and collectively
used for the irrigation of 2500 acres.



North Field Irrigation Company was originally incorporated in 1890 but was not renewed
and expired September 1, 2001.  It was reincorporated in the name of North Fields
Irrigation Company of Heber City on December 14, 2006, wherein it has authority to issue
4000 shares.  According the company’s secretary, there has been 2730 shares issued.



The Division of Water Rights database has been modified to correct any erroneous water
use groups associated with the company’s base water rights.
