In light of the recent Adjudication work, it was discovered that the total shares issued
is 1954.4 shares (see Outline Distribution Provo Bench Canal). The company page has been
updated.

Irrigated acres includes North union- along with number of shares. Out of 1954.4 shares,
NU issues 1371.56 of their own, based off 727.78 shares in PBCIC.

Irrigated acres comes from approved change application a15978. Neal R. Winterton, a
board member of PBCIC, PRWUC, and MWDO, represents PBCIC in the Orem Adjudication.
Although a15978 is not perfected yet, Neal considers these municipal water rights for
MWDO. Therefore, irrigation will not be shown on hydrographic survey map set.
