**** 2020 **** FYI, the company has been installing several hundred meters
each year for the last 2 years. Therefore not all meters have been in the
ground the entire irrigation season; many customers have usage through their
meter but also part of their year was non-metered.
After 2021, over 90% of the irrigation meters will have been installed in
the system.
