Water Rights Fee Schedule

Revised: July 1, 2024

Fees for the following type applications will be based on the greater of flow (CFS) or volume (ACRE-FEET), but not both:

  • Application and Temporary Application to Appropriate Water
  • Application for Temporary and Permanent Change of Water
  • Application to Exchange Water
  • Non-Use Application
  • Diligence Claim ( + $500 for field exam)
  • Groundwater Recharge Permit
  • Republication after Amendment of Application

    *NOTE: If more that one type of Well Drilling license/registration is applied
           for, or is being renewed, only the fee for the license/registration fee
           that is the greatest dollar amount should be paid.  For example, if a new
           Well Driller License AND Pump Installer License are applied for, the
           applicant would pay $350.00, which is the greater of the two license fees.
