| Purpose: | The State Engineer has prepared the List of Unclaimed Rights for the Jordan Park Subdivision (Area 57, Book 7) in the Utah Lake and Jordan River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code ยง 73-4-9.5). In light of the publication of the List of Unclaimed Rights, the public was invited to a Public Meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights were available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the area, and answer questions.
