A series of public information meetings hosted by the Division of Water Rights - South Eastern Regional Office, were held to discuss current Water Right issues in the region. Among the issues discussed were a review of current State and Regional policy, process and legislative changes such as Proof Affidavits, Non-Use, livestock watering, as well as the Colorado River and Endangered Fish policy, Irrigation Duty policy, Appropriation policy in the Mill Creek and Willow basin drainages, Federal Reserved Water Rights for Arches N.P. and a Utah Geological Survey presentation on the Hydrogeology of the Moab-Spanish Valley.
